Crispy Garlic Potatoes

Potatoes…..Thats the one thing we all so love, even if you dont, give this recipe a try I m sure you will love them.Garlic is one of my favorite ingredients in the kitchen.I use it with chicken,fish,pastas,almost every savory dish I make.This is a recipe made to go with baked chicken or any fried fish or if you are like me eat it straight from the pan….

INGREDIENTS

3 medium sized potatoes

3-4 small cloves of garlic

2 tbps oil (some more if you think it needs)

Salt (according to taste)

1 tsp sugar

METHOD

I am using potatoes with skin here cause it makes them crispy,if you want you can peel the skin.

First chop your potatoes into small pieces (no geometry knowledge required,lol)

Add oil to the pan and put in the potatoes.We are going to fry them until they change color and cook a little

After your potatoes are golden remove them from the pan and keep aside

Fry the garlic (in the same pan) till golden and then add the potatoes back in to the pan

Add the sugar

Let it cook till the potatoes are done

Finally add the salt

Serve it with baked chicken or fish or eat it with toast

  1. I love to add sugar to savory dishes esp the ones with potatoes ofcourse its difficult to add it to all the savory dishes so I jump at any chance……We are #SugarforSavory 🙂
